Application principle:

A buffer strip is a composite component made of rubber, metal profiles (steel or aluminum profiles), and ultra-high plates that have been specially treated and bonded through thermal vulcanization. It is mainly used for buffering and receiving materials with large drop at the feeding port of large belt conveyors. It has high energy absorption and low friction to alleviate the impact force of material falling at the feeding end, and is widely used in belt conveying systems in industries such as thermal power plants, building materials, steel, ports, and mines.
