First-class standard cleaner (GBD-YMP) series

The YMP Primary Cleaner is a common conveyor belt cleaner with a solid one-piece scraper mounted on the head roller. It has a unique single scraper design, which is easy to install and can be completed by the user. It is easy to maintain, efficient and affordable to clean. The YMP can be installed anywhere in the entire application where dust is scattered to facilitate the capture of usable materials and avoid possible safety hazards caused by hazardous material piles.

Features and advantages


Suitable for vulcanized joints. With the spring tensioning device, the scraper can be quickly moved away from the conveyor belt as the joint is passed through. The scraper material is polyurethane, so the scraper can easily slide over the joint without damage, and the cleaning interruption time is greatly reduced.

Compact and simple design. When installed correctly, the YMP Class 1 standard cleaner requires only 100mm of horizontal space. The simple profile prevents material from accumulating on the scraper or fixing rod.

Can be used on reversible conveyor belts. Mounting the sweeper on both ends of the roller allows for more efficient cleaning in both directions
Line of conveyor belts.

Fits most conveyor racks. Suitable for belts with widths from 300 to 2000mm.

The scraper can be used with other cleaners. The scraper can be used as a spare scraper for many foundry cleaners.
