High Efficiency Tungsten Carbide Primary Cleaner
The Primary Alloy Cleaner HMC series is designed to be positioned on the head drum to remove large amounts of returned material from the conveyor belt. For more than 20 years, this sweeper has shown excellent performance in vulcanized conveyor belt material handling applications and has become the most effective sweeper for such applications. It is widely used in industries such as coal, iron ore, bauxite and hard rock mining.
Features and advantages
Available for vulcanized conveyor belts: The tungsten carbide cutter head provides maximum cleaning efficiency and excellent wear characteristics. In addition, there are protective cutter heads suitable for high wear applications.
Building a complete cleaning system: When combined with our secondary cleaners, the resulting system provides maximum cleaning capacity for the harshest conveyor applications.
Built for mining conveyors: The sweeper is made of heavy-duty steel with a corrosion-resistant powder coating and can be used on conveyor belts with width dimensions in the range of 650 to 2000mm. Additional sizes are available upon request.
Optimal positioning: The blade contacts the drum at a 15 ° angle under the horizontal center line. This keeps the blade out of the material discharge path and protects it from rocks, large lumps, and other debris.
