The Passive Rolling Brush Sweeper (GBD-WDMS) series is installed on the frame of a belt conveyor through two "connecting plates", making the "transmission roller" in contact with the upper surface of the conveyor's "return belt": adjust the "spiral adjustment buckle" to make the pointed part of the brush bristles of the "cleaning brush wheel" slightly contact with the lower surface of the "return belt". When the conveyor is running, friction is used to make the "transmission wheel cylinder" rotate along with the conveyor, and the "cleaning brush wheel" is driven to rotate by the "transmission support arm". The rotation direction of the "cleaning brush wheel" is opposite to the movement direction of the "return belt", so as to bounce off the attachments adhering to the lower surface of the "return belt" and achieve the goal of perfect cleaning.
