Belt cleaning box (GBD-CFT) series

The Gobadi cleaning box is designed to provide excellent cleaning efficiency in applications where the conveyor must be very clean or the head cleaning is insufficient. The cleaning box is installed on the return side of the conveyor belt, available in galvanized and stainless steel materials, and equipped with adjustable compression rollers. Two conveyor belt cleaners are sold separately from the cleaning box, and different cleaners can be selected according to customer application and budget. The cleaning box system is equipped with a return side spray bar, providing an efficient customized conveyor belt cleaning solution for demanding applications.

Can be installed on existing racks: drilling and bolt assembly can minimize installation and downtime. The panel structure adopts bolt connection, which can be easily installed on existing frames, especially in narrow spaces, and can be positioned along the conveyor as needed.
Diversified cleaner configuration: Two conveyor belt cleaners are configured through adjustable mounting plates.
Inspection and maintenance are simple and convenient: each side of the cleaning box has maintenance doors for easy inspection and cleaning.
Compression roller: The compression roller can be configured to fully tension each cleaner.
Wet or dry cleaning: Install a return side water spray rod to enhance the cleaning system function.
Customizable: If the standard solution is not suitable for your application, the cleaning box can be customized to meet the job requirements.
