Each ceramic rubber plate on the drum has grooves spaced at a certain distance, which can allow foreign objects (dust, soil) on the drum to be discharged along the grooves, giving the drum a unique self-cleaning function, especially suitable for damp environments

Scope of application for ceramic drum encapsulation
1. Belt speed within 4.5m/s;
2. Belt joints are not suitable for iron buckle fixation;
3. The temperature of the material conveyed by the belt is suitable for within 80 ℃;
4. Suitable for conveying wet and sticky materials, suitable for driving drums or redirecting drums with frequent slipping of belt conveyors and non wear-resistant surface coating.
