The buffering device consists of a buffering slider group and a metal bracket. Among them, the buffer slider is composed of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene nanomaterials with flame retardant and anti-static properties, and a combination of buffer rubber and metal skeleton, suitable for surface and underground coal mine environments. The surface of the buffer slider is made of special high molecular weight nanomaterials, which have the characteristics of flame retardancy, anti-static, high wear resistance, impact resistance, and self-lubricating. It can withstand the impact of loading materials and friction during the operation of the conveyor belt, without causing damage to the conveyor belt and increasing additional power. The buffer device can be designed according to the customer's roller support, so that the belt groove angle matches the groove angle of the roller support, and the smooth transition at the groove angle allows the conveyor belt to be fully supported. The buffer bar frame is made of alloy steel and fixed with T-bolts and anti loosening nuts. The various parts of the buffer strip are connected by hot vulcanization technology, and the connection is tight and firm.
