The hanging buffer bed consists of two parts: a buffer strip and a hanging buffer bracket. The surface of multiple buffer rubbers is made of high molecular weight polyethylene material with very low friction coefficient and good wear resistance. After the buffer strip receives a falling impact, it absorbs the impact force through the physical elastic deformation of the buffer strip rubber, reduces the damage of the falling impact to the conveyor belt, and makes the conveyor belt evenly stressed, effectively protecting the stable operation of the conveying system.
The buffer bed maintains the fit between the belt and the anti overflow skirt, effectively preventing material splashing and leakage caused by the deformation of the belt between adjacent buffer rollers due to material impact.
The clever design of the buffer bed subverts traditional thinking, allowing the buffer strip in the discharge area to come into contact with the conveyor belt surface, providing support and effectively preventing uneven force on the conveyor belt during material transportation, greatly reducing the maintenance and repair caused by impact damage to the conveyor belt. It is usually used for hanging on port unloading conveyor belts.
