Tungsten carbide and purple or white/food grade polyurethane scrapers are available for selection.
The easy to maintain and simple design makes scraper replacement quick and convenient. The scraper can be disassembled and replaced separately, or it can be completed in one step by replacing the entire blade holder.
The white food grade scraper is resistant to chemical corrosion, and all ingredients used in the polyurethane formula comply with relevant regulations applicable to repetitive large-scale dry food applications.
