★ Installation

This process specification is suitable for various belt conveyors. Widely used in industries such as metallurgy, building materials, chemicals, thermal power plants, bulk terminals, coal mines, and food processing. It can be installed at a certain location near the transfer point of the conveyor belt away from the head drum. A system that is very suitable for using spray bars, can be combined with one primary cleaner and one or more secondary cleaners according to the application, to maximize the cleaning effect.
Usually, a conveyor belt cleaner can effectively remove the return belt material on the conveyor belt. But after the final stage of cleaning is completed, there is still water residue on the conveyor belt, which may still cause major problems along the conveyor belt. The HHP secondary conveyor belt cleaner is designed as the last level cleaner in the cleaning system, used to dry the conveyor belt.
HHP is a low maintenance solution. Scrapers can be made of polyurethane and have a long wear life. By occasionally checking the wear of the scraper and measuring the tension of the spring, maximum performance can be ensured.
