Repair strips are divided into two types: standard repair strips and reinforced repair strips. The standard repair strip does not contain a fabric fiber layer on the wear-resistant surface, while the reinforced repair strip contains a fabric fiber reinforcement layer, which can improve its wear resistance and flexibility, effectively prevent secondary damage to the repair surface, and enhance the strength of the repaired area of the conveyor belt. The back of the repair strip is designed with a semi vulcanized layer structure. The semi vulcanized layer and the cold vulcanized adhesive SA3100 can produce a vulcanization reaction, effectively enhancing the bonding strength between the repair strip and the repaired part of the conveyor belt, and achieving the repair of the damaged part of the conveyor belt.
