Repair patch

Repair patches are divided into two types: standard repair patches and reinforced repair patches. The standard repair patch does not contain a fabric fiber layer on the wear-resistant surface, while the reinforced repair patch contains a fabric fiber reinforcement layer, which can improve its own wear resistance and flexibility, effectively prevent secondary damage to the repair surface, and enhance the strength of the conveyor belt repair area. The back of the repair patch is designed with a semi vulcanized layer structure. The semi vulcanized layer and cold vulcanized adhesive SA3100 can generate vulcanization reaction, effectively enhancing the bonding strength between the repair patch and the repaired part of the conveyor belt, achieving perfect repair of the damaged part of the conveyor belt.
