The rubber body of ceramic plywood is made of natural rubber, with high material purity, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, good flexibility, and the ability to maintain good physical and chemical properties for a long time without change.
The surface of the ceramic block on the rubber plate has particle protrusions, which have a strong grip on the belt. Under the same load, it can reduce the tension of the belt and extend its lifespan.
Moreover, the ceramic blocks arranged in an orderly manner are spaced at a certain distance, forming grooves that can timely discharge foreign objects (dust, soil, rainwater, etc.) on the drum, giving the drum a unique self-cleaning function, especially suitable for humid working environments.
