Wear resistant ceramic lining plate

The GBD-TCCB ceramic liner is specially designed for high wear and high impact working conditions. It has strong wear resistance especially to the wear environment of high-speed running materials. The rubber module absorbs impact energy, and the ceramic block (Al2O3) vulcanized on the rubber provides anti-wear protection for the surface. The bottom steel plate is equipped with high-strength bolts for easy and fast installation.

Ceramic liner product structure:

● 12mm ceramic (Al2O3) - anti-wear;
● 8mm elastic rubber layer - absorbs impact load;
● 5mm steel plate - easy to install;
Ceramic liner features:
1. The three-in-one wear-resistant ceramic liner is produced and assembled modularly, which can replace high-wear areas.
2. Provide double-ended bolt fixing and weldable installation methods;
3. The special rubber hot vulcanization process not only ensures that the porcelain blocks embedded in the rubber layer are firmly bonded, but also acts as a buffer layer to prevent the porcelain blocks from cracking.

4. The shape, size and thickness of the porcelain block or liner can be customized according to your specific working conditions or application.
